Update on All-Share Takeover Bid of Coronet Resources

Kalahari Minerals plc, the AIM listed resource company with uranium, gold and base metal interests in Namibia, announces that, in accordance with the announcement made on 23 February 2010, its wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Kalahari Minerals Pty Ltd (‘the Bidder’), has now declared its conditional off-market takeover bid for the entire issued ordinary share capital of Coronet (‘the Offer’) fully closed (‘the Close’).
